My Bottom Line:
Outgoing earthiness rallies efficient chestnuts into agreeing with the leafy English-style hoppiness which firmly concludes each sip of this quaffable and rich Brown Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the lightly-hazy amber brown.
-That earthiness recalls mushrooms and .
-The maltiness is quite chewy, providing a mouthfeel which is one of this beer’s finest assets.
-A fruitiness swims within, never developing a specific character, but offering complexity.

On tap at the brewpub.

Robe cuivrée très claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche en dentelle persistente. Arômes de malt. Saveurs de céréales, de houblon amérisant terreux et de noisette.

Clear brown pour with an offwhite head. Aroma and flavor of nuts and brown sugar. The palate is light and oily with low carbonation. Average.
