Jul 14, 2005 Mild grainy malt aroma with fair citrus-grapefruit, floral and earthy hops in the nose. Slightly hazy copper-orange body is topped by a decent-sized, creamy white head that coats the sides of the glass. Grapefruit hop flavour hovers over some biscuity malt with a grainy undertone. Creamy texture to the medium body with fair carbonation. Sampled at the brewpub with Oakes, Rastacouere and Ungstrup.

Sep 2, 2003 Hazy amber with a large creamy head. Toasty, light malt-accented aroma. Palate trends towards toasty malts, but there are hops - earthy and citric at once. Dry finish. Not really to style, but quite enjoyable, appetizing.

Nov 22, 2005 Cloudy dark golden pour with a thick, creamy white head. In the aroma the caramel malts dominate the gentle hops. Flavor of crème brulée, malt and hops with a mild bitter finish. The body is typical of good cream ales, thick and creamy, the carbonation is discreet. All in all it’s an interesting cream ale.

May 11, 2006 Hazy amber color, with a frothy white head, with an earthy malt, touch of flowery hops, with a leafy note and crystal malt in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a bready, grainy, malty character, floral hops accent, leading towards a nice citrus and piney hop bittering finish.
