May 6, 2007 Dark brown with red tint, white head that last long, good lacing. Aroma of chocolate, smoke, roast, fake strawberry and little nuts (cashew). First its sweet then a stong bitterness comes and take all the space. A soft tartness finish the picture.

Aug 17, 2005 A dark amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet and slightly alcoholic, combined with hints of caramel and metal. The flavor is very complex, with notes of caramel, alcohol, metal, and peaches, leading to a dry metallic end. I believe the metallic notes stems from the alcohol.
