Oct 5, 2007 Sampler tray. Bright pale gold, robust white head. Very fresh and fruity (orchard fruits) on clean pale malt with a crisp finish. An excellent kolsch!

Apr 17, 2009 Pours a straw color with a white head. Smells perfumy, toasty and lightly fruity. Taste yields some fruity hints and bubblegum on the finish.

Feb 24, 2003 This is a kolsch? Huh, who would of thunk it? Anyway, overall a good beer. Nothing extravagant but it the light use of hops and malt seemed to play well on the palate.

Aug 12, 2007 Cool mini mug sampler glass. This beer was the biggest surprise. Light yellow with the same thin foam as the other samples. Good stickiness to the glass. Light pilsener-like aroma. Very good. Lightly hopped maybe but stands out in the grainy malt. Clean and simple but catches your attention nicely.

Mar 11, 2009 on tap-pours a thin white head and hazy yellow/gold color. Aroma is banana, coriander, some wheat. Taste is banana, coriander, some wheat/grain, some herbal hops.

Jun 25, 2004 Very light color. Hardly any color at all. Good head and lacing. Aroma of sweetish malt almost corn-like.. Thin body with a slight malt taste. Dry finish.
