| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 4, 2006 Very stouty aroma, first of the Chicago beers in my sampler that had much aroma at all. Not a heavy stout but a good one. A little dry but has just enough sweetness. A nice blend. fiulijn (7500), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 16, 2005 A decent stout here, though at least to my taste not much more flavor than a regular guinness. Still cheaper than a Guinness if you’re at this bar though, and definitely worth a try. JFGrind (1360), Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 23, 2004 Had this at Four Queens Casino. This was a "special beer" for the cigar bar. Frothy off-white head, creamy brown color and good lacing. Average roasted malt flavor, coffee undertone, light alcohol and charcoal taste. Light bodied stout, with creamy texture, lively carbonation, and chalky finish. Slight bitterness. Definitely a good beer to enjoy while watching everyone play slots at the Four Queens on Fremont Street. Aubrey (2781), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 28, 2004 Black with mahogany highlights; creamy tan head. Chewy and soft with a nitro-induced lightness. Aromas still made it through nicely, though. Fresh roasted flavors, tasty chocolate and some bitter coffee. Surprisingly tasty stout, and fairly easy to drink.
