This beer is a clear, pale gold color and has a quickly disappearing whit head. The aroma smells mostly of cilantro so if you like that, you should enjoy this; herbal, grassy, a touch soapy.

In contrast to the aroma, the flavor tastes at first of lime, lightly tart, but mostly with a refreshing lime-like flavor. After a couple sips the cilantro character starts to become more noticeable and it provides a reasonable offset to the lime. It is light and quaffable, and I have this urge to add this to a salsa, or a guacamole. This is certainly simplistic (it tastes pretty much exactly as named with very little malt and hop character), but that doesn’t keep it from being refreshing, fairly tasty and likely the perfect thing to be drinking on a 100+°F day with a bowl of chips and salsa. Sort of fun.
