Feb 27, 2005 Cloudy, dark gold. Fruity, sweet aroma. Some wheaty, yeasty flavors. Finishes kinda of watery. Not particularly bad, but lacks any "oomph".

Oct 28, 2004 Cloudy-yellow hue; creamy-white head; nice and lasting lace. Very smooth and soft with a mild carbonation. Subtle sweetness (bread, sugar and banana). Pleasant aromas of clove. Decent hefe.

slight nose of spice.
nice flavor of your typical banana yeast, bread flavors, spices, no real citrus. ends with wheat bread taste. quite nice and enjoyable. not served with a lemon. solid weisse beer...prost!

Jul 15, 2004 Cloudy solid yellow. Spicy bread and lemon, a good hefe with belgian qualities, pretty good. Very fresh tasting, light and crsip, biting at the end with spied lemons.
