Commercial Description:
The seasonal brew we prepared for Spring is a golden lager. To give this beer a unique twist, coriander spice and sweet orange peel were added to the kettle during the boil to provide a distinct flavor and refreshing taste. This beer was aged in it's fermenter for six weeks to add increased smoothness. The Spring Fest Lager is medium bodied with a highly carbonated crisp dry finish. Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts give the beer a wonderful malt profile. The alcohol content measures in at around 5.2% ABV. Serve the Springfest with an orange slice on the rim and encourage squeezing it into the beer. The fresh orange enhances the delicate citrus flavor that already exists in the glass. I hope everyone gets the chance to try it.

Sample. Almost no aroma. Crisp gold colour. Almost like a malt liquor. Alcohol notes and spice which complements my pizza.

Interesting, but not overly tasty, strong vegetal nose, with some spicy zing in the flavor, but way too light, with some sweet toasted matliness.

Sampled at the NABA 06 Fest: Pale gold, nice head and lacing. Nose of parsley and tomato with light malt. Flavor is creamy with a fairly malty body for a light lager such as this. I can’t get past the nose on this one. We need some vinaigrette and mozzarella balls. Or maybe a good tabbouleh?

Pours a clear light copper with some head and good lacing. Big orange and coriander spice nose. Smooth fruity/orange and coriander flavor with a sweet finish. Nice, creaming, and very drinkable.

on tap: they served this baby with an orange, squeezed and dropped into the beer. so what do you think your going to smell...and only orange. however, nice bubbly somewhat wheat beer feel with obvious orange characteristics, some bitterness comes through in the end, couldnt quite pin point it. nice and refreshing...

This one really surprised me. Thought this was going to be your average "fizzy yellow" beer. Ended up being extremely crips and soft on the palate with a fruity nose and taste (of course the wedge of orage helped that). Great beer on a warm Vegas day.
