Oct 17, 2006 This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a hazy and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was wheat and banana. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild banana and dough.

Aug 3, 2006 On tap at the brewpub in Vegas. Cloudy pale orange with a spongy white head and decent sticky lacing. Aroma has some clove essence to it with a bit of bubblegum and banana thrown in. Flavor is the same with some coriander spiciness noted in there. Average to above average brewpub Hefe. Thick mouthfeel. Good summer refresher on a hot Nevada August day.

Jul 20, 2006 On tap @ Chicago poured a cloudy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, light banana, bubblegum and a hint of clove. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, light banana, lemon and a hint of clove with a smooth sweet finish.

May 4, 2006 Really fain lemon/orange aroma. Nice cloudy appearance. Definitely some bananas in this. Thin w/a little metallic finish but an acceptable hefe.

Feb 16, 2005 This is indeed a very good weizenbock, makes mouths happy. The essential heavy malted wheat is predominant in the taste, very sweet but also well balanced. Good choice if you want a thicker fuller hefeweizen..
