Muddy deep blond color. Wheat and banana aroma. Sweet, malty; wheat character and some fruitness. Refreshing.

Apr 17, 2009 Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Smells wheaty with some corinder hints. Tastes sweet and phenolic with some clove on the finish.

Oct 17, 2006 This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a hazy and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was wheat and banana. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild banana and dough.

Jul 20, 2006 On tap @ Chicago poured a cloudy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, light banana, bubblegum and a hint of clove. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, light banana, lemon and a hint of clove with a smooth sweet finish.

Aug 3, 2006 On tap at the brewpub in Vegas. Cloudy pale orange with a spongy white head and decent sticky lacing. Aroma has some clove essence to it with a bit of bubblegum and banana thrown in. Flavor is the same with some coriander spiciness noted in there. Average to above average brewpub Hefe. Thick mouthfeel. Good summer refresher on a hot Nevada August day.

Aug 12, 2007 Sampler. Cloudy dirty yellow. Very good aroma. Banana zestiness that makes you want to taste. Flavour is a little tired. Doesn’t match the bouquet. More lemon although some banana comes through in the finish.
