Jan 16, 2005 Yet another wonderful brew by CBC (my favorite brewpub in LV)! It’s like they took a wonderful Hefe and a great bock and mated them together. Everything fits perfectly and dances really well on the palate. Highly recommend it.

Feb 16, 2005 This is indeed a very good weizenbock, makes mouths happy. The essential heavy malted wheat is predominant in the taste, very sweet but also well balanced. Good choice if you want a thicker fuller hefeweizen..

Apr 27, 2009 Cloudy golden color and a decent head. Aroma of banana, clove, and wheat. Nice flavor, good hefe.

Apr 17, 2009 Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Smells wheaty with some corinder hints. Tastes sweet and phenolic with some clove on the finish.

May 4, 2006 Really fain lemon/orange aroma. Nice cloudy appearance. Definitely some bananas in this. Thin w/a little metallic finish but an acceptable hefe.

Oct 17, 2006 This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a hazy and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was wheat and banana. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild banana and dough.
