Aug 26, 2008 11.2 oz bottle, pours hazy golden color with visible sediment floating near the bottle of the bottle. Bottle was chilled, but a large, fluffy head still formed. One word I can use to describe this beer: smooth! Tastes like what Stone Vertical epic ’07 tried to taste like. Fruity/spiced aroma, complex taste of fruits, spice, and slight alcohol upon warming. Goes down very smoothly (too smoothly?). Probably my favorite of the three Chimay’s

Aug 24, 2008 (Bottle). Fragrant fruit spice aroma. Hazy orange color with huge fluffy white head. First few sips show over-prominent alcohol, then the flavor settles down to a complex of fruits, hops, and yeast. Delicious. Reminds me a lot of Le Fin du Monde, only not as sweet.
