Commercial Description:
A two-fold experiment: a blend of two seperate beers of different recipes. The first beer is a blonde, brewed with domestic 2-row and a small percentage of Belgian caramel malts and cascade hops. The second beer is an amber of sorts, brewed almost entirely with malt imported from Weyermann, Meussdoerffer and Dingemans, hopped with German Perle. Both beers were fermented with our house wit beer yeast, and bottle conditioned. Pour carefully for clarity and enjoy. Brewmasters Signature Series beer #3.

Rusty cloudy pour, no head or lace. Sticky fruity aroma. No carbonation at all, sour with a big sweetness. Lots of fruits, no alcohol, this brew is probably old.

As Belgians go, this one is pretty average. Aroma is mainly sugary, with some malt and yeast. Flavor is yeasty, with a backbone of candy sugar and malt. A bit too sweet for my taste.

Bomber courtesy of soonah. Pours mahogany with a thin white head. Smells tarte and funky, with some hints of sourness. Tastes tarte and slightly vinegary with a residual sugary finish. This reminded me a lot of Rodenbach Redbach.

Shared by FrumptyDumpty - thanks, Ryan! When I heard that this was called "Choc," I immediately made some assumptions. Nothing candy-like about this. Instead, it’s a decent Sooner sour, with a pale amber body, some modest carbonation, and a mildly yeasty nose. Taste is a bit bready, mild vegetal funk. Not bad.
