Commercial Description:
A two-fold experiment: a blend of two seperate beers of different recipes. The first beer is a blonde, brewed with domestic 2-row and a small percentage of Belgian caramel malts and cascade hops. The second beer is an amber of sorts, brewed almost entirely with malt imported from Weyermann, Meussdoerffer and Dingemans, hopped with German Perle. Both beers were fermented with our house wit beer yeast, and bottle conditioned. Pour carefully for clarity and enjoy. Brewmasters Signature Series beer #3.

(22oz. bottle, courtesy of ericandersnavy) Pours a lightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of mustiness, caramel, and citrus. Flavor of citrus, yeast, and light herbs with a very watered down mouthfeel.

Bomber courtesy of soonah. Pours mahogany with a thin white head. Smells tarte and funky, with some hints of sourness. Tastes tarte and slightly vinegary with a residual sugary finish. This reminded me a lot of Rodenbach Redbach.

Sampled during the Autumn Brew Review in Minneapolis, MN. From a 22-oz bomber pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some bread and caramel malt, a touch of lemon and clove. Taste is medium bodied, slightly tart with flavors of yeast, some dark pitted fruits and cloves. Finish continues a tart aftertaste with some yeast and caramel malt flavors.

ABR, 2009. From a bomber. Just a little sour. I think it might have just turned out that way, I don’t think it is intentional, or infected by accident. Simple but good flavor, some sour fruit, no trace of hops.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours with a white rocky white head and a chill hazed golden body. Aroma of berries, Belgian yeast and spice. Taste is soured wheat mash and a strong yeasty astringency. Light bubbles and watery mouthfeel.
