Oct 20, 2002 How can a chouffe be bad? Ofcourse they cant be bad, and this bok also has the typical chouffe taste, which you all know when you’ve ever had a chouffe. So just see this bok as the bock version of chouffe.

Sep 15, 2002 #300. Very big head, tawny body, sweet malt in the nose. Sweet body with a nice mouthfeel, but the spices in this one didn’t really work for me at first; as the beer warmed, the malts asserted themselves and blended somewhat with the spice. I didn’t really like this one.

Sep 6, 2002 No longer being brewed, this was a bit different than the other ’chouffes’. Nice color, good head, and a bit sweet. May still be some around.
