Spiced sweetness with a discreet, hoppy finish. Malty and full-bodied, some overripe fruit in there too. Interesting and quite unusual as Bocks are terribly rare in Belgium. The back label contains a weird story about flying goats over The Niagara Falls - don’t ask me any further... According to the label this is 6,666% ABV 181297 omhper (12224), Stockholm, Sweden

Lightly lactic with dusty cherries and coffee up front. Medium sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. There’s toffee and red berries, but the dustiness is so severe it feels like licking the inside of a vacuum cleaner. A beer with many positive features and some obvious drawbacks. yespr (12174), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 2, 2009 Bottle, 6.66%. Weak malty and yeasty aroma. Clear dark amber colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour has some rough bitterness and graininess. There is also some yeast. Good maltiness. Quite citric, a bit like too much aroma hop was used. oh6gdx (8839), Vasa, Finland
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 7, 2008 Bottled. Thanks jbrus!. Reddish amber colour, beige creamy big head. Aroma is caramel, some mild alcohol, hops and yeast. Flavour is the same along with quite strong notes of juniper. Close to normal Chouffe in many ways, but this one has a bit more complexity in my opinion. Oakes (8093), gone rambling, Vietnam
