Really flowery, hoppy, clean and with lavender showing? Good sweetness to this its rich, malty but the nice perfumeyness returns again, with bitterness catching up at the end, very nice beer. larsniclas (3390), Gothenburg, Sweden

Hazy pale yelow colour. Huge head.Grape, citrus from hops, also vanilla in aroma. Alcohol was also sensed in aroma. Sweetish malty as always with d’Achouffe, accompanied by a herbal, bitter sensation from the hops. Very interesting how 59 IBU can make such a difference in a Belgian beer. ratman197 (3262), Arvada, Colorado, USA
