Amazing sheets of lace coat the glass like nothing I’ve ever seen. Would give this a seven for appearance if I could. Strong aroma of floral and aromatic hops, light cove, some yeast, citrus, spices. The flavor is mellow, sweet and wheaty at first, then spicy and bitter on the finish. Awesome on the palate, floats in the mouth and the finish is wonderful. I am so impressed with this one. togaswimmer (6), , Pennsylvania, USA does not count | 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Nov 13, 2009 I will start by saying that this is in my top favorite beers of all time. It smells and taste just like they describe it. Triple mixed with a American IPA. beerfest5 (200), Simsbury, Connecticut, USA

Hazy yellow colour with an everlasting creamy, frothy, and rocky white head. Beautiful aroma just like a big bag of cascade or amarillo hops – fresh pine, grapefruit and light grassiness – with some light yeasty notes. A touch of sweetness then lots of fresh citrus and piney bitterness. Medium bodied, juicy and very refreshing. Unlike the Urthel Hop-It, this one transcends the tripel style to set it apart. Beautiful grassy/light hop aroma; fantastic golden hazy farmhouse appearance; crisp (yet uncitrusy -- see West Coast IPAs, you can be hoppy and crisp without it tasting like a shandy!) -- I suppose my only complaint would be the slightly slurred taste -- I suppose that is the result of a combination style. Nice alcohol aftertaste. Fantastic. Betty (234), Walgett, NSW, Australia
