Bottle. Pours cloudy yellowish amber with Huge frothy white head. The head diminishes leaving a really nice lace. The aroma is powerful with lots of grapefruit from the hops and some grain. The taste is strongly bitter but with a nice undertone of sweetness. Good dry bitter finish. I liked this alot but not sure it is a good representation of a Abbey Tripel.

Jul 2, 2009 750ml Bottle (almost empty now), thanks to Edo (Bierkoning). What a unique and fantastic brew. A perfect miz of TRiple and IPA. Easily the most bitter belgian I ever tried. Golden beer with a huge foamy head.Malty and spicy aroma with a nice grassy tone. Sweet malty taste with lots of hops. I loved it.

Jul 2, 2009 Bouteille de 750ml nouvellement arrivée à la SAQ. Blonde dorée, asser pétillante et très mousseuse. La mousse, abondante, colle bien au verre et offre des saveurs agréable d’houblon frais. En bouche, on dirait une bonne tripel fraiche et forte en alcool. En finale, le houblon se fait de plus en plus présent et la IPA fait surface. Très bon mélange entre une tripel et une IPA.

Jun 30, 2009 bottle. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a great white head. Nose is of lemon, yeast and some spice. taste is very lemon with some spices. Mouthfeel is resinous and bitter with lots of carbonation. Strange combination of a Belgian and an IPA. Decent though.

Jun 30, 2009 Sampled out of the bottle with Dallas and Andrew. Pours a light body with nice white head. The aroma is light, some sharp malt. The taste is pine hops, spice, and malt. Solid Trip.

Jun 28, 2009 Pours golden with a big white head. The amora is not over powering and you can smell the grains and hops along with a fruity note. Taste is good with a nice after taste. A solid triple but not the best.

Jun 20, 2009 My favorite beer that I’ve tried so far. A combination of my two favorite styles - IPA and Belgian - and done so freakin well. Tastes like pears, raisins, hops, grapefruit. Great head.
