Commercial Description:
A classic Munich-helles style lager with the emphasis on complex malt flavors and low hop character - in accordance with the style. Brewed with 2-row pale and Caramel 60 malts and Saaz and Hallertau hops. This was the first American beer to certifiably pass the Bavarian Reinheitsgebot Purity Law of 1516.

Not a bad lager beer at all, especially from a contract brewer. Lots of maltiness up front, subdued hops aroma & flavor. Nicely balanced, good beer overall.

A mellow brew with interesting tones of citrus and vanilla in the nose. Light on the hops, slightly cloudy, and with a rich sweetness. The color is a vibrant copper-orange. Quite good.

A very well-done macrolager. Malty aroma and sweet, malty flavor. Hops are very light. Almost no head. A light beer, no doubt, but tasty and pleasant.

nice sweet malty aroma with a fair white head that last a short time.very nice golden almost lite amber color perfect carbonation.Malty flavor that had just the rite amount of sweetness to it to not be obnoxious slightly hoppy after taste was malty with some hopps that stay with you for awhile.A well done brew in my opinion easy to drink more then one.

Hazy amber color, large initial head that fades pretty fast. Good aroma of malt and a light fruitiness. Flavor however seems kind of bland, clean and smooth and not skunky like alot of macro lagers.

Golden straw color with a white foamy head and a sweet corn smell. Very faint hop finish, which was good, but this beer is all about the sweet, and I swear I can taste the adjuncts. Nice clean finish.

Actually pretty decent for a macrostyle lager. Emphasis on maltys falvor balanced with Euro hops without going too far. Easy drinking. Way better than Bud,etc...Not quite Great Lakes Dort Gold
