Sep 30, 2005 Bottle... Clear, golden lager with a large, frothy, off-white head. Very good retention. Malty, peppery nose with notes of honey and white bread. Decently balanced flavor, but a touch on the bitter side. Medium-bodied and astringent with moderate carbonation. Finishes medium bitter and very dry.

Aug 15, 2007 Pours a golden amber body with a modest white head. Nice sweet malty aroma with a touch of floral/grassy hops. Apr 1, 2004 Alright, I get to rate two select lagers within a month of each other. This should be interesting. Dark golden with just a hint of orange in the color. smaller off white head. Rising bread dough and flour aroma. Only a hint of hops, light hay, in the nose. Mild crisp feel. Words are escaping me. An amalgamation of pale malt, light oak, petunias and berries (I am thinking blue, but maybe gose). Finish as crisp, with a light caramel apple flavor. Interesting, but I do not envision myself drinking copious quantities of this. Thanks for the efforts slikwily.

Jan 14, 2005 Dark straw colored with aroma of hopcit, some florals, and some honeyish sweetness. Tastes of pale malt, with some hopcit and a smooth finish. Not bad.
