Aromas are mellow citrus with yeast, spices and some metallic elements. Flavours are citrus fruit with sweet malts. Becoming drier with spices and a pleasant bitterness. Has a harsh, but pleasant, peppery mouthfeel. Good stuff. rickgordon (3341), Göteborg, Sweden

Hazy copper colour. Amber malty with hints of toffee and diacetyl. Bitterness was low. I found this to be a malt-accentuated beer with some residual sugars. Pretty boring. ryananderson (74), Ontario, Canada
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Oct 6, 2005 Moderately bitter aroma with notes of lemon and banana. Pours a large white head which produces good lacing and is mostly lasting. Appearance is hazy yellow. Initial flavour is moderately bitter and the finish is dry with moderate bitterness and light sweetness. The bitterness and alcohol produce a slight warming effect. Carbonation is soft to lively. A very good beer. Odeed (1681), Bakersfield, California, USA
