Commercial Description:
Unfiltered bottle.
Ingredients: Water, Barely Malt, Hops, Yeast.
Christoffel Blond is a bottom fermented golden-coloured beer with a full body, a very balanced taste and a beautiful bitterness due to a generous addition of fresh hop during the brewing-process. The aroma is fruity and has a fresh taste with a pleasant, hoppy finish.

Poured cloudy straw coloured with frothy head which quickly disappears. Aroma was sweet and yeasty. First impression is sweet and mellow with little bitterness but finishes herbally with increasing bitter aftertaste. Very unusual beer.

Bottle. Brandon recommended this one to me, so I bought it. Pours out a nice blond / yellowish color. Cloudy, not like typical pils that I see here. Smell is fruity, yeasty, and sweet with some grass flavors and a tiny bit of hops. Taste is lively in carbonation, sweet, easy to drink with a nice dry finish. This beer was really good and a nice surprise that I wasnt expecting. Thanks for the recommendation.

Bottle. The head on this was explosive, but died down very quickly. There are some fairly strong aromas: pine, grass, floral hints, bread. This is orange, cloudy, though mine lost its carbonation quickly; maybe try a pilsner glass. I taste a fair amount of hop bitterness, orange, lemon, honey. Watery mouthfeel; long bitter finish.

Poured a hazy golden color. Aroma was fairly faint. A little hops, a little biscuit. Fairly thin. Flavor was more of the same. Very mellow beer to the point of being almost. . . shy. There were some good qualities here, but they were in hiding.
