Jul 4, 2009 Bottle - 330ml. Hazy brown body with average carbonation and a thin off-white bubbly head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with some sweet hints. Taste is slightly sour and carries cherryish notes. Ends with a good bitter,/sour finish.

Jul 2, 2009 First off what a bunch of crap! sat in my fridge for over a week as soon as I open it it was all over the place, went off like a bomb! when it was done with I had about 8oz of the 11.2oz bottle: appearance is dark caramel brown with slow fading off white head, aroma of malt and cement, odd i know, Flavor is slightly sweet very malty with hints of cherries, not bad. pretty good beer other than the fact that it was more of a geiser when I opened it.

Jun 26, 2009 Ruby amber with a decent head. Sweet aroma, a bit spicy. The flavour has loads of caramel and a bitter finish that unfortunately ends on a sour string.

Jun 25, 2009 Small Head, redbrown-coloured. Aromas of molasses, candy, a bit of coffee. When drinking a smooth feeling turns up, the malt, alcohol are harmonious. Is’s a bit yeasty, smooth finish, not dry. A good balanced beer.

I tried this beer on May 29, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a dark transparent brown colour with a thin white head. The aroma was heavy on the sweet malt and grain. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was surprisingly good. Sweet grainy malt, with a nice smooth finish. Very enjoyable.

Apr 3, 2009 Lager? I saw dubbel on the label and just figured Belgian style. Cool, now I’m intrigued. GUSHER. Lost about a quarter of the bottle. Slight haze, deep caramel and a tall sparse white head. Dry caramel malt aroma. Sweet woodsy caramel, medium bodied, lingering toasty finish.
