I tried this beer on May 29, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a dark transparent brown colour with a thin white head. The aroma was heavy on the sweet malt and grain. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was surprisingly good. Sweet grainy malt, with a nice smooth finish. Very enjoyable. scrizzz (1265), kirkland, Washington, USA

GUSHER. Lost about a quarter of the bottle. Slight haze, deep caramel and a tall sparse white head. Dry caramel malt aroma. Sweet woodsy caramel, medium bodied, lingering toasty finish.
