May 17, 2006 33 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Reddish brown colour with a weak head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of toffee. Malty flavour with notes of caramel and slighty bitter and dry hoppy finish.

May 11, 2006 Deep amber body with a moderate yeast load and a fading beige head. Pleasant aroma of caramel, stewed apples, plums, and toasted biscuits, plus an organic, earthy quality. Nice malty flavor with an edge of dark fruit skins. Suprisingly well attenuated; mouthfeel is somewhat sparse and fizzy, but adequate. A nice Vienna, with good depth of character.

May 11, 2006 Strongly malty nose. Poors cloudy brown with big bubbles and a weak head. Taste is really fresh, sweet and malty with a slightly dry finish - very nice - but it is let down by the over-carbing. Sort that out, and this would be a winner.

Apr 27, 2006 Hazy amber pour with thin white head. Sweet, malty aroma with hints of rain puddle. Flavor is sweet and malty with nice semi-bitter finish. Crisp finish, could have been more crisp throughout.
Interesting, but not great.

Appearance: Orange red, slightly opaque, yellow beige white head.
Flavor: mild, slimy, creamy, lightly bitter, sourish.
Palate: vaguely viscous, slightly stale, very good!

Apr 6, 2006 Aoma holds sweet malts that invoke raisin and fruit cake. Opaque dark amber in color with a quickly dimishing light tan head. Fore is malty sweet with dark fruit notes, mild caramel and a light not quite tartness that puncuates the malt nicely. Smooth and subtle.
