Nov 12, 2007 Bottle. Eck. I bought this beer because it caught my eye slightly. I had no idea what I was getting myself into to be honest. The beer was extremely malty. Far far too malty for my drinking pleasure. Extremely sweet as well, to the point where I was unable to finishi this beer. The bottle I drank felt fairly flat so it could have been a bum bottle. Drain pour.

Nov 8, 2007 Nice dark ruby color. Very small to no head. Sweet malt aroma, with some subtle fruit. Flavour is again, quite malty, and sweet. I find it quite similar to a very malty barley wine minus the alcohol. Nice beer.

Oct 27, 2007 11.2 floz bottle from WLV, Chicago. Hazy, dark ruby red with small off-white head. Fruiy with aged notes of dough, interesting. Red fruit, dough, med sweet, some raspberry, not bad. Thin to medium body, nice carb. Not bad.
