| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 19, 2003 Hazy almost orange colour. Interesting acidic fruitiness in aroma as well as flavour - balanced by a "candy like" sweetness. Impressively fruity for an underfermentated beer! Trev (867), Lakeville, Minnesota, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 19, 2005 35 cl Bottle: Pours a nice hazy amber with a thick tan head that shrinks initially but has some staying power. A malty plum/black cherry aroma. Fflavour is a bit thin with a sour finish. Toffee sweet notes to start with lively carbonation at the front. The alcohol taste is noticable but not overwhelming. mgermani (864), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | May 3, 2007 Pours a dark reddish-brown with a momentary head and no lace. Aroma of sweet malt and dark... meat? Has a faint taste that reminds me of the juice from a medium-rare steak, along with a sweetness otherwise well-balanced with nice tart hops. Lingering but faint finish, thin body, and low carb. This would be an excellent beer with a bit more head, alongside a steak or beef stew. Otherwise sadly lacking.
