May 5, 2004 This bottle bottle with a flippy top poured a large head of foamy large mostly lasting light brown colored head that left behind a thick fair lacing. The body was a cloudy thick looking brown color with no visible carbonation. The aroma was nice thick and heavy with brown malts and slightly musty odor. The mouthfeel is slightly vinuous and slightly astringent with a smooth overal feel to it. The flavor contains notes of sweet brown malts with a hint of raisin in it.

Oct 27, 2006 Bottle: brown clear like colour with a white head. Aroma is slightly roasted candies with some fruity notes. Maybe even some spicy notes as well. Light body. Flavour is predominately sweet, with soft bitter notes. Pleasant but quickly disappearing finish.

May 31, 2007 Bottle at Dæmningen. Clear red/brown - white head. Red berries, citrus, grape, hoppy, grass, cactus, caramel,reybread, sweetness. Soft malty, nice hoppy - but not enough !!

Aug 3, 2006 clear brown with a reddish hew. Little white head. Aroma of malts.(caramel) Flavor has little sweetness from the malts. Medium filling body. Ok pleasant finish.

Nov 12, 2004 (Bottled) Nice, hazy orangeish red color with medium, tight, but mostly vanishing head. Mild, toffee-sweetish aroma with yeast. Sweet, fruity and toffee-syrupy flavor. Very smooth, medium to full-bodied, quite low-carbonated palate. Quite easily drinkable, despite the sweetness. A nice dessert drink - like a water-blended, toned-down version of Silly Scotch.

Strawberries, a bit roasted malt (honeyish), mellow sweetness (cane sugar) and some wooden notes.

Mar 19, 2006 Poured a lightly hazy, auburn color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of dried fruits, caramel malts, toffee, and some nuts. Taste was very malty; caramel malts, toasted dough, nutty, with brown sugar, light citrus fruits, and a low bitterness as well.
