Strawberries, a bit roasted malt (honeyish), mellow sweetness (cane sugar) and some wooden notes.

Jul 27, 2003 Good looking reddish colour. Lots of Vienna malt in the aroma and in the flavour. It has a nice mild caramel touch as well. Good body.

Jan 27, 2007 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear ruby, average sized head. Raisiny ur-bock like nose. Mediium sweet up front with lots of grainy raisiny malt. Solid mouthfeel. Pleasant grassy spicy hops contribute to a much drier finish with lingering bitternes.
