Body is full with notes of roasted malt and a caramelish sweetness. Almost no bitterness. But apart from the missing hops this really appears more of a Bock than an Ale. 241205 MiP (8793), Sønderborg, Denmark Dec 19, 2005 Bottle. Sourish, unpleasant aroma. Cloudy reddish chestnut colour. Flavour is malty with a little alcohol, but still quite unpleasant. Sourish, harshly bitter aftertaste. Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark Dec 14, 2005 Amber colour with a weak head. Light sweet aroma of malt and caramel. Very smooth flavour of sweetness with notes of candy and spice, ends up very nice. JensenTaster (1585), Denmark Dec 12, 2005 (on bottle at CPH Yeha05) Amber colour, beige head. Sent of old cheese. Cloying, carameltaste with small notes og cinamon and cloves. Watery, easydrinkable finish. The 7,2% are not detecable.

Sweet flavor, which ends quite caramelly. sunevdj (1764), Copenhagen OE, Denmark Dec 4, 2005 Pours a light copper with a white head. Smells slightly spicy. Sweet and quite sharp. Aromas of caramel and malts. Wineish dry finish.
