(on bottle at CPH Yeha05) Amber colour, beige head. Sent of old cheese. Cloying, carameltaste with small notes og cinamon and cloves. Watery, easydrinkable finish. The 7,2% are not detecable.

Very sweet aroma, with some yeasty notes and some bubblegum. Copper to reddish body with a small white head. Sweet flavor, which ends quite caramelly.

2 liter swing top growler: Decants an unfiltered murky honey gold with a massive rocky head that settles to a 2 finger lacing cap that lasts the drink. Nice nose: caramel, fruits spices and some woody earthiness. Bight fruity spicy character with a wonderful earthiness..dries up in the finish. Not overly complex but like a mellow fruity version of Orval. A welcome winter warmer.

I have had this "winter" ale on a few occasions in the past couple of years and each year the flavour is a little different. Its hoppy and pleasant to the palate. The aroma has hints of fruit, the finish is nice and balanced.
