dmtroyer (409), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 14, 2009 Draft at CBW. Pours a fairly clear reddish amber. Some crisp malt and citrus in the nose, this is a very likable palate with spice, hops, citrus and sweet malt. Surprisingly hoppy. cheapdark (2011), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 30, 2008 CBW AQUINOS ALT S5L2T5F3O9: Just slightly darker than a pale lager but just as clear. Has a refreshing aroma which comes across like good old beer. A tad hoppy but well controlled. At first I thought it was going to be over the top. It evolves into a well mannered beer. each sip is the same, it starts off like its going to be exceptionally bitter but it goes fairly mild. does have a building medium mild medicinal linger. Overall, goes down fairly easy. Could have a few more manners.
