Commercial Description:
This American style brown ale is a great example that hops are not the only wonderful flavor in beer. Bring in the malt. Our Brown Ale has roasted overtones and a caramel rich body. But don’t assume this beer doesn’t contain any hops. Although not a dominant flavor, the hops very carefully round out this beer. Also, notice the color, our Bell Tower Brown Ale has a beautiful dark ruby hue which is perfect for this style.

Black as night, think as the morning fog. Great with the brickfire pizzas.

Pours with a dark brown body topped by a medium thick head with good lace left on the glass. Sweet nutty malt aroma with a very slight hoppiness. Sweet and slightly fruity malt flavor with a good maltiness and hints of hops. Medium bodied and smooth with a touch of dryness.

Very rich, smooth taste, with plenty of malt and caramel flavor! This is a great beer to compliment the great food at this restuarant.

Clear dark brown body with small head. Aroma and taste are moderately sweet and malty -- nutty, toasted, caramel/toffee. Bitterness is minimal, but is there at the finish for balance. Medium body. Nice brown ale.

This was my favorite of the brews here. Smooth, malty, chocolately...all very well done.

This is a solid brown, but the aroma is average. It has a nice rich caramel color and a thin white head that leaves a thin lace on the glass. It has a malt sweetness with a hint of caramel. Hops were subdued, like a good brown ale should be. Low ABV of 4.2 with a mild IBU of 20 make this one an easy drinker.
