Commercial Description:
This beer is golden in color with a light bubbly effervescence. The light body makes this lager beer appropriate for a business lunch or your evening sipping beer. The light malt flavor also accentuates the hop flavor. From the start, you will notice a fine hop aroma. As you sip the Celestial Gold, the subdued maltiness blends with a slight hop flavor. When this beer finishes, you will notice a pleasant hop bitterness. The bitterness will be mild and quite appropriate.

Nice bready aroma. Clear, medium light yellow gold with no head. Initially a lightly candied, slight citrus presentation, then it rounds out to a medium light bittering. Medium mouth -- not too fizzy. Initial finish is sweet, then a lingering bitterness. Fair. Good for a brewpub light lager offering.

Pours a slightly hazy bubbly gold color with a bubbly white head. Aroma is kinda sweet maltiness but no real distinguishing characteristics. Flavor is light and crisp with a nice slight hop bitterness. Sweet flavor. Overall, damn good pale lager.

Poured Golden. Bubbly white head. Aroma barely present, but I got hints of grains and malt. Flavor is light. Notes of malt, but nothing that was overpowering. Thin to medium bodied. Smooth and easily drinkable. Good for a hot night.

12 oz bottle, via CMUBEERMAN. Pours a light gold with a small fizzy white head that retracted to a thin film quickly. Aroma is packed with a corn scent, minimal grainy pale malt, and a little garbage juice. Very light in flavor as well, with zero hop bitterness, minimal malt, and lots of corn on the finish. Mouthfeel is thin and fizzy as expected, maybe a 4 or 5 if rated "to style" of a Pale Lager, but I guess I don’t. Overall, not really sure why a small craft brewery/brewpub would bottle this. Who’d pay craft prices for Coor’s Light quality.

Bottle. A hazy, glowing gold pour with a small white head. The aroma is crisp, clean and corny. Some hops and lemon in there too. Thin-bodied. A good bit of carbonation. Tastes like it smells. Some sweet corny, grainy tastes upfront. A crisp, clean, slightly dry and bitter finish with hints of hops and lemons. Quite refreshing and poundable.

This beer is very crisp and clean! Had a sample at brewery and took home 6... There’s a little sweetness that is very interesting and even floral? A very straight forward brew worthy of another taste...

I thought this was a decent pale lager. Very smooth and crisp, good carbonation. Slight malt flavor, well balanced with the hint of hops. Would be a great summer brew.

Thin head that has to fight to form. Reduces quickly to nothing. Low carbonation. Light malts, corn flakes, little floral and a little lavender. Color is a light gold. Flavor is soft with a little malt and hops. Light hops bitterness at the finish and a little dry. A decent pale lager but nothing special.
