Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a bit of sediment floating around under a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit - especially peaches on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices - primarily cloves, as well as medium notes of malt, alcohol, peaches, and perfume, leading to a dry alcoholic and spicy finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Miver. Pours a clear amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish fruity aroma with light notes of yeast. Quite full-bodied with plenty of fruit, a little phenols and yeast. Not many traces of cherries though. A little sulphurous with a dry finish and some alcohol showing. 010509

Bottle 75cl. @ Papsoes blindtasting. [ Bottle #7. ]
Light unclear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, overriped fruit, light to moderate yeasty, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, and a acrid peppery alcohol finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcohlic. hazy dark red, fine dirty white head, sweet cherry aroma almost obscures the rich malt underneath, rich malt flavor, nice fruity esters followed by a good cherry character that does not take over, liight bitterness adds a bit of balance,

Hazy golden-amber colour. Fruity nose - cherry skins - with light malt and alcohol. Spritzy carbonation fails to sufficiently cut through the syrupy body. Light cherry pie accents. Finishes slightly cloying then with an alcoholic dryness. Not particularly well-structured nor compelling.
