Commercial Description:
No, it is not September yet. This is a variation of our famous Oktoberfest made just for celebrating Oktoberfest in mid summer. Malty in flavor and aroma. A delicate beer which is very drinkable. It has a crisp clean character. OG: 14p, bitterness: 30 IBU, grain bill: pilsner munich melanoidin vienna and caramel malt, hops: vangaurd, mash schedule: single concoction, ABV: 5.2%. Ein prosit der gemutlickert. Zicke-zacke! Hoi, hoi hoi!

Nice looking amber brew with a frothy head. Very fruity aroma, with sliight egginess-on-toast. Nice balance of toast, tang and grain sweetness. Threatens to get a bit acidic but it buffers out. Nice bittering, especially on the backend. Edges over the midline towards the heavy body side. Good.

Nice beery aroma with hints of alky in the background. Has a light brown tint like iced tea and pale lager mixed. Rather flat on the palate. Taste is similar to their octoberfest marzen. Perhaps a little more bitterness than I was expecting. This is probably what makes it slightly different than the fest. Finish is short mild bitter linger. Not bad, just wish it was a little more fizzy.
