Quack-Duck (1906), Bodensee, Germany Dec 18, 2007 I was lucky to catch the very last bottle of this one at Pivní Galerie in Prague. Black colour, tiny, almost invisible head. Complex aroma with hints of chocolate, roast malt, raisins and prunes. Full-bodied with a touch of warming alcohol in the finish. Chocolatey flavours are present all the time, also hints of caramel, toffee, roasted malt and raisins. Complex flavour - a fascinating brew to drink and enjoy in small sips.
