2004 bottle. Pours a light yellow, bubbly, no sediment, little to no head. Aroma has some sweetness in it, but also a good crispness of green apples. Some varied and interesting notes in the aroma, not all sweet appley syrup, but light cobwebs, faint mustiness and a hint of cider vinegar. Flavor is quite sweet, but not cloyingly so. Drinkable enough, and not overcarbonated, but loses my interest towards the end. Mainly just swet apples with some decent crispness.

Fall is coming and I’m thinking cider is the way to be. I’d enjoy slamming down a few of these on frosty nights...bring on the autumn

Tasty but not overpowering, great balance. A bit light and a bit bitter. But effective for a cider, and classy enough to have at a bar.

Pretty good. A great drink to end the night on. Sweet apple aroma and flavor... I would definately try this one again.

Pours pale yellow colored, with aroma of apples (surprise). Tastes firm, with an apple tartness and effervescent finish. I prefer beer, but these hard ciders are wearing on me.

Dry white wine-like aroma with some apple character present. Very pale with vibrant carbonation. Very sweet apple flavour with some gentle tartness at the sides of the tongue. Champagne-like effervescence but perhaps a touch too carbonated. Plain and simple. Drinkable but not very exciting. On tap at Vermont Pub and Brewery.

This was a pretty good cider. It is about as good as Hornsby’s I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it but I wouldnt hesitate drinking it again should the situation arise.

This is a plain cider. Pretty much apple not very artificial.
