Cider Jack Pear Cider

Another attempt at an english perry that fell just a little short. This stuff is not all together bad, but its just a little too sweet to be on par with what most traditionalists would call a perry. Perhaps the folks at Ciderjack were not even going for a perry, but when I think Pear Cider, that’s what I associate it with. Strong sweet and even tart taste, but not much to get too wriled up about. I say give it a try if you can find it.
