A few brown yeast flecks swim around for a while, then settle to the bottom of the glass. Apple, honey, oak, and alcohol in the aroma.
More of the same in the flavor - dark sweet honey, oak, and sweet apple. Also some pear and a trace of vanilla. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel. Only a hint of alcohol in the flavor, but a nice mellow alcohol warmth is noticeable. It feels like more than the 6% abv listed on the bottle Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 17, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy golden with a somewhat rough, white head. Very tart apple aroma with a whiff of wood. Light body with very soft and sweet apple accents. Odd how the aroma is so tart while the flavours are all smooth, soft and sweet. Quite a complex and pleasant country cider. 151206 Ungstrup (15414), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 16, 2006 An unclear orange cider with a bubbly and quite fast reciding head - a long lasting head for a cider. The aroma is sweet with a lovely combination of apples and desert wine as well as an acidity from the apples. The flavor s very sweet with lovely apple notes, but also with an acidity, but also with fruity notes - I pick up peaches, as well as notes of desert wine. The mouthfeel is very rounded, except in the end where a slight alcohol bite show its teeth. gnoff (3574), Göteborg, Sweden

Shady orange color, pretty much no head. Very sour initial scent, some stables and horses, cheeze, might almost have guessed it for a lambiv or a gueuze. Still some sweet apples in the back. Sweet almost thick mouthfeel. Some apples during the first taste, very clear sweet apple aftertaste. A little bit sour. No bitterness. BeerBiker (1392), Kathmandu, Nepal

Beer/Cider no. 150!! My first real cider indeed. A wonderful, but also challenging taste of fruit mixed with mould notes. There is something rotten in this cider, which is the quality. Fresh and bitter, sparkling, very old sweet apples. A surely taste of the old calvados oakcasks. Must try it again. cab (863), Denmark
