Clear deep golden hue displays nice yet subtle legs. Straightforward more than mature sweet red apple aroma, beginning to rot cortland or something. Very vinous, reminding too much a an apple soaked white wine. Surprisingly much stronger in appearance than its tiny 6% would indicate. Very similar to a white wine in its dryness evolution. Medium body, still and oily.

Glass at Vices et Versa in the company of tiggmtl. Oily, viscous clear bright gold...aromatic, bright sweet fresh apple nose...fairly alcoholic, with a mouth-teasing dryness throughout, overlaid with fresh sweet (Delicious-type) apples, hints of caramel..very light, crisp yet uncarbonated, snappy but full. Clean, lingering finish with a tart bite; awfully nice.

Huge round sweet apple aroma with touches of alcohol. Beautiful golden still body. Sweat on the outside of the glass as it comes to temperature. Tart yet sweet apple flavour. Very simple. The fruit does the talking and I like what it has to say. Smooth palate and fairly full mouthfeel. Very enjoyable. Bottle (Vices et Versa).

(Bottle) Sampled at Vices et Versa in Montreal. Light viscosity, with a clear gold body. Nose of apples and alcohol. Still sicer with complexity. White wine, apples and a dash of tartness. Lovely darling.
