I know those apple! Its papierowki (papers apple ) , rather small yellow-green . Great kind for Kompot and Cydr . Absolutely superb nose, true rich apple we got here, can’t get better, simply can not! Appearance of amber gold, viscous. Flavours do not disappoint you, very apple, and very high quality. Superb cider.

Yellow pinkish colour. Intense apple pie aroma and cinnamon. Sweet concentrate apple juice with cinnamon, cloves and alcohol, which dissipates quick in mouth. Pleasant. Nov. 28 2004 at MartinT.

Same color as the picture, golden. Big red delicious apple aroma, very inviting. BIg apple flavor, more sweet apple than tart, but there is a tiny bit of tart red apple such as cortland lurking around. Sticky and viscous body. A very nice treat thanks to tiggmtl.

Clear golden amber w/, perhaps, a slight syrupy haze. No carbonation whatsoever. Excellent legs. Wonderful aroma of freshly baked apple pie w/ cinnamon accents. Viscous, sugary feel. Lovely complex flavour of apple pie, brandy, & cheese. Warm finish.

Thanks to whoever brought this to the Toronto Christmas Party ’04. Wow. Smells and looks like apple juice but somehow "warm." Flavor is really sweet apple. Quite warm and inviting. This is great in small doses but I couldn’t see consuming more than 2 ounces.

Bottle at Dougshoemaker’s. Nice musty apple aroma. Soft apple flavors. Alcohol really comes out in the finish. A very nice cider to sit and sip on. Excellent.

Toronto Christmas Party 2004. Tiggmtl was kind enough to leave us this bottle before he had to head off to work. Golden headless body clings gracefully to the sides of the glass. Initial aroma is apple juice, with some alcohol notes appearing after a swirl of the glass. Plenty of interesting apple flavours makes me wonder at the mix of different types of apples they might use. Sweetly alcoholic and quite pleasantly warming. A very very nice beverage. Thanks again Tiggmtl!

Amazing aroma and flavor of apple pie, cinnamon and alcohol. Very subtle and enjoyable, it’s a very nice discovery.
