| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 23, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear light straw yellow. Clean sweet apple aromas, champagne yeast. Starts light and sweet and delicate. Finishes with a lovely tartness and lactic acidity that lingers long afterwards. Really delicious. The guy at Peluso’s where I bought it recommended mixing it half and half with Dieu du Ciel’s Rose Hibiscus. Tried that after having it by itself, and while I really liked the DdC beer, and this cider… I found them better separate. I don’t get the low reviews on this one… it’s quite tasty, and has a really nice acidity that a lot of (especially the slightly more commercial (but still not large)) American ciders just don’t have. jredmond (1056), New Jersey, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Feb 24, 2008 Bottle. I’m going to have to go against the grain on this one in a big way. I quite enjoyed this. Tons of apple, obviously, and an extremely clean and undetectable yeast. Sour apple aroma, not too big in complexity. Flavor is chewy, wet apple, lightly tart in the finish. Overwhelmingly drinkable, not too sweet. A pure expression of apple. Eyedrinkale (3209), Astoria, New York, USA
