| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 22, 2005 A pink cider with an aroma strong with apples, but an aroma that also contains notes of berries - especially cranberries. The flavor is a lovely combination of apples and cranberries, leading to a woody finish. BückDich (4856), McCall, Idaho, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Jul 28, 2005 Still orange to pink. Sharp floral nose, perfumey cranberry like nose. Well dissimulated alcohol, slight liquorous finish, almost salty in its dryness. Wow, I dig those crabapples, sweet and floral. A bit too watery on the palate perhaps this one. It feels very thin in the finish. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA

Light rosé, very still and a bit oily...honeyed vanilla notes in the pleasant subtle nose, becoming perfumy and intoxicating to the point where I just want to stay smelling, never tasting...but I do, and the mouth is pleased almost as much, dark rustic undertones to a sweet, thick mouthfeel, with tart berries hitting the finish, light appropriate peppery alcohol explosions at the finish. Clear blushing rosé coloured body with nice legs on the glass. Mildly acidic, musty, sharp, lightly alcoholic and tart apple flavour with some notes of cranberry. Sweetness emerges in the finish. Mild warming. Dry light body. Bottle sampled at the orchard tasting room on the RBSG’05 cider tour.
