Commercial Description:
1101K+OT is not for college pukes, white collar sissy boys or mamby-pamby Nancy boys who haven’t done an honest days work in their lives. Nor is this beer for the common man. This beer is for the working man who has arrived. If your work boots are steel toed, come back when they are gold toed!

110K+OT is reserved for the hard working man with a taste for the finer things in life and the curiously structured salary that allows him to obtain them. In fact if you are reading this you probably attended college and should just put this beer back on the shelf for a real man to buy.
110K+OT varies from year to year, but will always be a brash style-bending brew that pairs well with sweat, clenched knuckles and over the top bravado.

110K+OT Batch #1 Der Rauch Gott is a corked and caged 750ml.

A very special thanks to Daknole for sharing bottle 16 / 29, Batch 1 at DLD ’09. Pours an opaque and thick muddy brown colored brew with an average sized tan head with some nice retention and film lacing. Aroma of smoked toasted dark malt, some chocolate, vanilla, a hint of tobacco and brown sugar. Taste is very full bodied, flavors of sweet chocolate, smoked and toasted dark malt, some vanilla, and brown sugar, Finish is syrupy, creamy with a distinct smoked dark malt with chocolate and molasses aftertaste. Very nice!

Thanks so much to Joey for sending me a bottle to share at DLD. Pours a really hazy brown color wtih a good tan head. Aroma is full of smoke, syrup, brown sugar, caramle, toffee, pipe tobacco and roast. Flavor is unreal. The best smoked beer I have EVER had. Period. End of story! Smoke, tobacco, booze, caramel, roast malt, vanilla, and damn just plain goodness. Call me a homer, but this beer kicks ASS!

Thanks to Dakine for bringing this to DLD! Poured deep, murky brown with a fine cap of beige head. The aroma was toasty, smoky, and roasty with tobacco, brown sugar, and caramel blanketed by huge doses of ashy smoke.. powerful and enticing! The flavor was rich with sticky molasses, caramel, and treacle sweetness laced with ash and cedary smoke.. tangy bourbon-ish sourness hit the hit finish along with another dose of smoke. Heavy-bodied, again with a lot of smoke and barrel impression.. well-balance despite its heft.

Bottle shared by Daknole at DLD and another with ygtbsm94. Pours dark brown with no carbonation. Aroma of heavy smoke, sweet caramel and coffee. Flavor is liquid smoke with a lot of sweetness. It’s good but becomes tough to drink after a few ounces.

Opaque dark brown with a small head. Well blended dark malts and smoky goodness. The smoke flavor is easily drinkable without beating you over the head with any kind of pork or bacon flavors. Very nice. Full body and a satisfying finish.

daknole delivers at DLD ’09 (Munster, IN). A beer I was very appreciative to try. Poured a Nice dark brown opaque pour with small offwhite head. Smokey, with dark malts and a touch of roast and ash taking up in the aroma. I picked up a touch of coffee and roasted malts come through. Very nice body and substance, very drinkable though even with such an impressive ABV. Smoke isn’t overbearing, with some ham and wood in the finish. Still, hard to pick out some of the darker malts. It’s not too smokey, it just doesn’t offer an equally strong malt backbone. Maybe I just am not a whore for smoked beers, as this is the best one I’ve had to date. Pretty good. Cheers!

Thanks Daknole. Brown pour with a white head. Mellow smoky aroma led to a very tsty beeer. The smokiness and the beer itself worked great together. Very tasty.
