Commercial Description:
1101K+OT is not for college pukes, white collar sissy boys or mamby-pamby Nancy boys who haven’t done an honest days work in their lives. Nor is this beer for the common man. This beer is for the working man who has arrived. If your work boots are steel toed, come back when they are gold toed!

110K+OT is reserved for the hard working man with a taste for the finer things in life and the curiously structured salary that allows him to obtain them. In fact if you are reading this you probably attended college and should just put this beer back on the shelf for a real man to buy.
110K+OT varies from year to year, but will always be a brash style-bending brew that pairs well with sweat, clenched knuckles and over the top bravado.

110K+OT Batch #1 Der Rauch Gott is a corked and caged 750ml.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, roasted malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, caramel, roasted malt, and chocolate, leading to a dry finish. It has a nice body. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Retorp. Bottle # 3/29. Clear black with a tint of red and a small off-white head. Sweet aroma of roasted malts and a little smoke. Nothing much more than medium body, a little tired in the mouthfeel. Hard roasted malts, chocolate, tobacco and ashes with smoky accents. Slightly hard roasted malt bitterness. 300809

75 cL botle, courtesy of Papsoe/Retorp. Pours dark brown with a fully gone head. Aroma is roasted breadish, caramelish and solid smoked. Slight sweet to acidic flavoured. Lingering roasted malty flavoured too, interesting mix. Dry and slight phenolic flavoured finish. Lasting smoked impression.

Extra thanks to Retorp and tpd! Dark brown. Smokey nose with toffee, deep dark malts and some dark fruits. Sweet palate but rich smokey, roasty, meaty notes. Very complex. A delicious, sipping dessert beer.

Dark brown with red glimts and a tiny beige and short lasting head. Aroma had liquerice, hard roasted malt, dark bitter chocolate and woody notes. Flavour had smoke, had roasted malt, wood and dark bitter chocolate. Finish was fairly smoked and bitter. Had loads of warming alcohol. Loved it.

(750ml bottle, thanks Retorp) Small beige head atop murky dark brown body with hint of red. Aroma is medium sweet, burnt/smoke, light caramel. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, smoke, some burnt, molasses. Medium-full body, alcohol is well contained.

Bottle… Pours dark with a small, fluffy, off-white head. The aroma is a swirl of dark and medium roast malts - coffee, chocolate and caramel – with lots of campfire and peat smoke. Full-bodied and oily with restrained carbonation. Sweet, over-the-top-smoky flavor and finish. Best of two worlds for me – rauchbier and Scotch ale. Fantastic.
