Nov 23, 2009 Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a lazing thin brown head. The aroma has notes strong notes of malt, chocolate, tobacco, raisins, and some fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, tobacco, wood, and roasted malt, leading to a dry woody and chocolaty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Solid body with a smooth mouthfeel, lots of sweet roasted malts, licorice all-sorts and wood. Amazing bourbon notes and lots of warming alcohol in the finish. A real treat. 231109

Unclear dark red brown color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, wood - vanilla, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20091123]
