sampled on tap at the brewery. Great aroma, lots of fresh espresso. Taste is alot of espresso, and smooth - no bitterness at all, caramel/toasted malt, brown sugar, hints of cigar tobacco and some vanilla. Medium bodied, the coffee didn’t cover it up. Really nice.

Growler shared at Moosetoberfest. Pours a dark brown with very little head. Has a very strong espresso smell and taste to it. One of the better brown ales I’ve had

32oz. growler, with a huge thanks to dchmela for the great bonus! Pours a mostly clear iced tea color and a moderate tan head and nice lacing. Aroma is an inviting blend of crema, espresso, chocolate, and toasted malts. Flavor leans more towards a standard brown, with only slight hints of espresso and chocolate amongst the more dominating malts. A bit thin bodied, but not surprising for a brown. Nice stuff, just wish the flavor kept up a bit better with the aroma. Thanks again Dave!

(Growler thanks to mar) Pours a medium brown with orange edges and little to no head. Nose is predominantly espresso and beef jerky. Taste is dry, espresso, cocoa and meaty. Slightly watery but the carbonation is good.
