Sep 13, 2009 Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma is very spicy - ginger and cardemomme, combined with notes of cedar wood and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of cedar wood, spices - ginger and cardemomme, oranges, on a malty back ground, leading to a dry spicy finish where the cedar wood note lingers.

Sep 13, 2009 75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild mango, citrusy and dry cedar wooden. Smooth wooden and solid hoppy with a light mango and citrusy fruity base flavour. Dry and wooden hops flavoured. Mild wooden flavoured lingering flavoured finish.

Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange, fruity, spicy, peppery and a dry finish. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peppery and fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090913]
