Commercial Description:
The Humidor Series is a rotating offering of Cigar City Brewing beer aged on cedar. Cedar has a more subtle effect on beer than more traditional woods like oak. But, we think that once you taste it you’ll agree that cedar deserves a place alongside oak in the brewer’s wood-aging toolbox.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma is very spicy - ginger and cardemomme, combined with notes of cedar wood and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of cedar wood, spices - ginger and cardemomme, oranges, on a malty back ground, leading to a dry spicy finish where the cedar wood note lingers.
