One of my favorites from CCB. Pours brown with a medium white head. Aromas of vanilla take over and drag you into tasting it. First sip is killer with a beautiful symphony of vanilla and choc oats. Amazing brew.

On tap at Brass tap. Murky brown, thin head. Immediately chocolate nose, then i realized it was the vanilla and dark malts melding to create this vanilla/chocolate ice cream nose. Flavors of smoke, vanilla, some roast, tobacco, cocoa, earth and mild bitterness. Has that signature, full body that all CCB beers have. Excellent offering! I could drink this all night.

Poured at Brass Tap. RATING#800. Incredible beer. Pours red-amber with a small off-white head. Nose is some tobacco, malt, and some sugar with mellow vanilla cruising throughout this incredible beer. Flavor is toasted malt, tobacco, mellow vanilla, and bits of caramel. Like the Espresso Maduro, the Vanilla sings along in harmony, but does not overly dominate any of the sonata. I loved this beer. Body was light to medium, and the finish was a nice blend of sweet vanilla, very mild bitter, and malts.

Draft at Brass Tap. Poured a dark reddish brown with a very thin egg-shell head. Aroma is full of strong sweet Madagascar vanilla, tobacco, and chocolate malt. Flavor is heavy with vanilla but not overpowering in my opinion. I could still taste the chocolate malt, toffee, and coffee flavors peeking thru. My favorite spin-off of Maduro so far.

On draft at Brass Tap! A: Pours more amber than the normal nutty brown hue of standard maduro. Nice creamy head that only manages ok retention. Some nice lace does form on the glass. S: The nose is nice with vanilla dominating. Very light notes of chocolate and coffee as well, but mostly vanilla. T: Bold fresh vanilla bean right from the start. Nothing artifical here. Barely hiding beneath the vanilla is a bit of chocolate, oats and earth. M: On the lighter side of medium, good carbonation. D: Ok, lots of vanilla keeps me at one or two pints. Tasty, but not quite as good as the Espresso Maduro I had a few nights ago at Datz.

Pours a standard medioum brown with a small amount of head that quickly fades away. Aroma of toasted marshmellow on a cup of hot chocolate. The flavor is delicte and complex. Hints of chocolate, malt and mild coffee surfaces behind a strong vanilla attack. The beer was a little thin but that helps lend this to a more sessionable ale. I think this needs to apper as a 750
